This therapy acts on the energetic body.
It makes it possible to work on the deep, symptomatic and non-symptomatic causes of problems.
Deep causes include hereditary weaknesses, unresolved emotions, and external aggressions. These external aggressions are linked to the environment, nutrition, hygiene and cosmetic products, medications, stress or emotional shocks.
The body seeks to re-establish its balance by modifying the vibratory body and energetic plexuses (chakras), by modifying the circulation of channels (meridians) and plexuses (marma/acupuncture), by blocking, diverting, slowing down or accelerating the energetic flow and by intentionally activating or deactivating these points to manage its balance and maintain the symmetry of its energy fields.
The body’s self-regulation capacity diminishes, which ultimately produces physical, psychological and energetic imbalances, and eventually a pathology.
This therapy progressively strengthens the energetic balance of the body and enables it to regain its capacity for self-regulation.
A complete bioenergetic assessment and therapy session generally lasts 60–75 minutes. Each session is personalized and follows three main stages.
The first stage is an assessment of your overall energetic state. Depending on the situation, this may involve the Lecher antenna, biofeedback and other tools used within the bioenergetic approach.
The assessment may explore:
The purpose is to identify individual priorities and personalize the session rather than applying the same protocol to everyone.
The priorities identified during the assessment guide the energy-balancing session.
Depending on individual needs, different approaches may be used, including Marma point stimulation, energy points, meridian work, vibrational resonance, chromotherapy or other techniques associated with the ACMOS bioenergetic approach.
When relevant, supports such as essential oils, minerals, trace elements or herbal preparations may also be individually assessed.
After the energy-balancing work, certain parameters may be reassessed to observe changes in the energetic patterns examined during the session.
Personalized recommendations may then be provided regarding nutrition, sleep, daily rhythm, lifestyle and practices that may help maintain overall balance.
Designed to encourage a harmonious circulation of Prana, vitality, relaxation and overall body-mind balance.
Supports adaptation to seasonal changes by working with the meridians, energetic rhythms and organ-related energy patterns identified as priorities during the assessment.
Works with selected energy circuits and Marma points to encourage relaxation, emotional balance, recovery and restful sleep.
This complementary pain-management protocol focuses on Marma points, meridians and energetic areas associated with physical tension, with the aim of supporting relaxation and comfort.
A specific bioenergy protocol can work with selected energy points and circuits as complementary support for people experiencing snoring. Persistent snoring, particularly when associated with pauses in breathing, should be medically evaluated for conditions such as sleep apnoea.
Bioenergy therapy may support overall energetic balance during periods of allergic or seasonal sensitivity. It is used as a complementary approach and does not replace appropriate medical assessment or allergy treatment.
An adapted protocol can support relaxation, well-being and energetic balance during pregnancy and after childbirth, alongside appropriate obstetric and medical care.
For people living with Parkinson’s disease, bioenergy therapy may be used as a complementary approach focusing on relaxation, well-being and energetic balance. It does not replace neurological assessment, medication or prescribed treatment.
During or after cancer treatment, bioenergy therapy may be considered as a complementary approach focusing on relaxation, comfort and overall energetic well-being. It does not treat cancer or replace chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy or other oncology treatments.
Following a demanding period, medical intervention or during convalescence, personalized bioenergy therapy may support relaxation, subjective recovery, vitality and energetic balance, alongside medical care when required.
A precise and personalized approach to supporting balance of body, mind and energy
At L’essencce – Centre de Médecine Ayurvédique in Nyon, bioenergy therapy is offered as a personalized complementary approach. A bioenergetic assessment explores different energetic parameters and helps identify the meridians, Marma points and areas of regulation that may be prioritized during the session.
The session may combine principles of the ACMOS Method , Lecher antenna assessment and biofeedback with the evaluation of energy meridians and Ayurvedic Marma points. According to the individual assessment, specific points may be stimulated to encourage a more harmonious circulation of Prana, the vital energy described in Ayurveda.
Bioenergy therapy can be booked as a dedicated session in Nyon or, when appropriate, integrated into an Ayurvedic follow-up.
The ACMOS Method is a bioenergetic approach using different tools for energetic assessment and balancing. It allows the session to be adapted to the priorities identified for each individual rather than systematically applying the same protocol.
At L’essencce, the ACMOS Method is used as a complementary well-being approach and may be combined with Ayurveda, Marma points and energy meridian work.
Ayurveda and other traditional Eastern systems offer different models for understanding the circulation and balance of vital energy.
In Ayurveda , Prana describes a fundamental aspect of vital energy, while Marma points are traditionally considered important energetic and functional points of the body. Other Eastern traditions describe meridians associated with different energetic functions.
At L’essencce, these traditions are not considered identical. When appropriate, however, they can be used in a complementary manner. Based on the individual assessment, selected Marma and meridian points may be stimulated with the aim of encouraging a more harmonious flow of energy.
In some traditional Eastern models, organs are associated not only with physical functions but also with particular emotional patterns. For example, the liver is traditionally associated with anger and the kidneys with fear.
These traditional associations may be used as an additional framework when considering energetic balance. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis of an organ or an emotional disorder.
Some Eastern traditions also describe an organ energy clock, according to which different organ-related energetic circuits have characteristic periods of activity throughout the day.
Patterns such as repeated waking during the night, fatigue at particular times of day, fluctuations in vitality or digestive rhythms may therefore be considered as part of the overall assessment.
Bioenergy therapy aims to identify possible disturbances in these energetic rhythms and encourage a more harmonious individual energy rhythm.
A separate bioenergy session is not always necessary.
During certain Ayurvedic follow-up consultations, elements of bioenergetic assessment and work with meridians, Prana and Marma points may be incorporated when appropriate.
This integrative approach allows the practitioner to consider the Ayurvedic constitution and current imbalance, nutrition, digestion, sleep, emotions, daily rhythms and energetic balance within the same personalized follow-up.
When a more detailed energetic assessment is appropriate, a complete bioenergetic assessment and ACMOS Method session may be recommended.
Bioenergy consultations at L’essencce are provided by Vaidya Yogeet Kapoor, a Swiss federally qualified naturopath specializing in Ayurvedic medicine and a practitioner trained in the ACMOS bioenergetic approach.
His approach combines Ayurveda, individual constitutional assessment, Marma points, energy meridians and bioenergy techniques, allowing energetic work to be integrated into a broader personalized Ayurvedic approach when appropriate.
Bioenergy therapy and ACMOS Method sessions are available at L’essencce – Centre de Médecine Ayurvédique in Nyon, in the heart of La Côte.
The centre welcomes patients from Nyon, Prangins, Gland, Rolle, Coppet, Founex and Morges, as well as the wider Lake Geneva region between Geneva and Lausanne.
Bioenergy therapy can be booked as an individual session or integrated, when appropriate, into a personalized Ayurvedic care program.
Every person has an individual constitution, rhythm and set of needs. The purpose of the assessment is therefore to identify priorities and provide personalized energy balancing, rather than applying the same protocol to everyone.
At L’essencce in Nyon, bioenergy therapy can be used independently or integrated into Ayurvedic follow-up, bringing together lifestyle, daily rhythms, Marma points, meridians and energetic balance.
